Manager Supply Chain Planning Non-Food

You ensure stock and availability within stores, DC, and e-commerce by monitoring stock parameters, service levels, and replenishment settings, and intervening in the event of structural deviations. You coordinate lead times and logistical capacity with Stores, Logistics, the inbound transport team, and our suppliers to achieve reliable delivery and reduce supply chain costs. You align planning and priorities with Commercial, Logistics, and Stores to effectively execute commercial initiatives, and you actively participate in the weekly S&OE and periodic S&OP meetings. As a manager, you position and lead the Team Leads Stock Planning, with clear role definition and consistent application of guidelines and parameters; you coach, develop, and assess them so that the team performs both individually and collectively. Additionally, you set and manage the roadmap for improvement projects regarding Stock Planning, focusing on standardization, automation, and process efficiency, and you translate recurring disruptions into structural improvements in working methods or parameter settings.

You are an analytical, result-oriented leader who takes ownership of the stability and predictability of stock execution. You recognize patterns in deviations, see structural causes behind disruptions, and intervene in a timely manner when parameters or working methods are not followed. You are a strong collaborator who keeps the chain sharp, connects people, and manages towards shared results and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you are a coaching leader who elevates teams and Team Leads to a higher level. In addition, you bring:

• Completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• Extensive demonstrable experience in stock control/supply chain planning within retail, including several years in a leadership role over multiple teams/team leads.
• Knowledge of stock parameters, service levels, and replenishment systems at unit/chain level.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration at a tactical level (Logistics, Inbound Transport, suppliers, Commercial/Marketing, DC Planning).
• Affinity with standardization, automation, and process efficiency within supply chain planning.
