To ensure the daily operation runs smoothly, tight and accurate planning is essential. That is where you come in. 

As an Aviation Planning Coordinator, you ensure that the planning is correct during your shift. You monitor deployment, adjust where necessary, and maintain an overview in an environment that never stands still. You are the point of contact for capacity questions and ensure that deviations are addressed immediately. 

You are responsible for, among other things: 

• Determining, managing, and adjusting daily deployment  
• Resolving planning problems and process disruptions 
• Registering and reporting the progress of the shift 
• Organizing employee rotation 
• Liaising with shift leaders and operational management  
• Performing administrative tasks related to planning 
• Onboarding new colleagues within the planning team 
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and discussing them with supervisors 

• MBO working and thinking level (experience in planning is a plus) 
• Experience with planning, capacity management, or similar work 
• Resistant to stress, decisive, and strong communicatively 
• You maintain an overview and switch quickly between multiple tasks 
• Good command of Dutch and English 
• Available for day, evening, and night shifts (24/7) 
• Residing within approximately 55 km of Schiphol  
• You have your own transport or good day and night connections to Schiphol via public transport
