Scaling in accordance with CAO GGZ FWG 65. The salary amounts to a minimum of €5294 and a maximum of €6918 for a full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience.

The role

The outpatient clinic offers individual and group-oriented assistance to adults with ADHD and/or ASD, with a focus on collaboration and treatment within the team and other clusters. Tasks include diagnostics, treatment, pharmacotherapy, psycho-education, and bridging different care domains.

What you'll do

As a Nurse Practitioner, you treat adults with ADHD and/or ASD. You perform diagnostics and indicate treatment, and you are responsible for pharmacotherapy. In doing so, you work closely with the psychiatrist and coordinate with internal and/or external disciplines. You carry out individual and group-oriented (partial) treatments, such as psycho-education and coaching. You bridge the gap between, on the one hand, S-GGZ and GB-GGZ, and on the other hand, between GB-GGZ and WMO.

Requirements

You have courage, take decisions, and are able to work in a connecting (collaborative) manner.
As a lead practitioner, you feel comfortable in a coordinating role within the team.

About the company & team

For our ADHD/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Outpatient Clinic, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to come and strengthen our team.

The ADHD/ ASD Outpatient Clinic offers assistance to adults with the (suspected) diagnosis of ADHD and/or ASD, their family, or loved ones. We offer this assistance individually or in a group setting at two locations. These locations are Venlo and Venray. The team consists of 1 psychiatrist, 3 GZ-psychologists, 1 GZ-psychologist in training, 2 basic psychologists, 3 SPVs, and a Nurse Practitioner. A number of occupational therapists are also attached to the team, who are deployed as needed.

You will work at the outpatient clinic within an enthusiastic and close-knit team, where an open and engaged atmosphere is central. We believe it is important that everyone feels welcome and safe to learn and develop themselves, regardless of how much work experience you already have.

Within our outpatient clinic, you will see a wide range of issues, where co-morbidity such as mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive complaints, personality issues, and substance use frequently occurs. This makes the work varied and educational. Furthermore, you are never alone: we work together intensively, both within the team and with colleagues from other clusters within Vincent van Gogh. That collaboration ensures good care and a pleasant, supportive working environment.
