Do you want to make a difference for vulnerable, yet resilient girls between 12 and 18 years old? At our small-scale location in the quiet countryside of Neede, you will help them grow in safety, trust, and perspective. Apply now!

• You guide young people in daily life: both individually and in a group setting.

• You are a mentor to one or more girls and work closely with parents, behavioral scientists, and outpatient caregivers.

• You help the young person take steps towards a perspective: returning home, a family home, or independence.

• You work methodically, from a place of connection and with a heart for the target group, sometimes firm, always close.

In Neede, there are two small-scale girls' groups specializing in treatment for five girls (12-18 years old) who cannot reside at home (temporarily). They are vulnerable, but also resilient. The girls deal with various issues, such as attachment problems, trauma, and/or concerns regarding sexual development. You help them regain control over their lives, in an environment where safety, proximity, and trust are central.

Our location in Neede is situated in the middle of the countryside on a quiet and protected estate. This environment offers the girls peace, space, and overview. We invest in a strong treatment climate and we find it important that we create an environment where the girls feel seen and heard. We work systemically, trauma-sensitive, and methodically based on the core methodology Nonviolent Resistance, supplemented with specific treatment methods such as Girlstalk, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and creative arts therapy.

• A completed MBO level 4 education (SPW, MMZ, Social Work) or HBO education (Social Work, SPH, Pedagogy, Applied Psychology).

• As a youth care worker C, you are registered in the SKJ register as an HBO professional.

• You are flexibly deployable (irregular shifts) and can switch well between guiding, setting boundaries, and connecting.

• You have an open attitude, enjoy working together, and know when to take control.

• A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment for 24 to 28 hours;

• Scaling according to the CAO youth care and based on relevant work experience
