Care & Welfare Assistant de Kristal

As a Care & Welfare Assistant, you help residents with their daily care, such as dressing and undressing, washing and showering, and eating and drinking.

You know the residents and know what is important to them. You make time for a chat, help with activities, and contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere. In doing so, you encourage residents to do as much as possible themselves and maintain their own autonomy.

De Kristal is a small-scale residential location for residents with dementia (PG). You work in a small, close-knit team where personal attention and well-being are central.

• you have a Care & Welfare Assistant level 2 diploma;

• a salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 25: € 16.61 to € 20.66 gross per hour, up to a maximum of €3,124.01 gross per month based on 36 hours;
