It is morning at Kinderdagverblijf De Helmerhoek in Enschede. The children are already fully engaged in playing, discovering, and experiencing. Behind the scenes and around the groups, you ensure that the day runs smoothly. You support the pedagogical professionals during busy moments, cut fruit for a cozy mealtime, and prepare the beds for a good afternoon nap. In between, groceries also arrive. In between, you ensure that the laundry is done and that the location looks well-maintained. You are the indispensable force that relieves the team and gives your colleagues the space to do what they make a difference in: guiding children in their development and providing a wonderful day!

Your role:
You enjoy being hands-on. You see what is needed and enjoy supporting in that. Whether it is receiving visitors, taking care of the laundry, or keeping the kitchen clean. Or when colleagues in the group need your help. Your role is varied. Because of this, no two days are the same. You enjoy working on everything that is not directly related to the children in the group. Because you are there, the pedagogical professionals can focus even more on their core task: the development of the children.
