As a Care & Welfare Assistant, you help residents with their daily care, such as washing, showering, dressing, and toilet visits. In doing so, you always look at what someone can and wants to do themselves. Of course, there is also time for attention and a chat.

In the flexpool, you have a lot of freedom:

• you choose your own shifts via the schedule;

• you work in different nursing homes;

• you get to know different residents and teams;

• you can count on clear planning and support.

You work in various nursing homes of Stichting Humanitas in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. The location and the team may change, but one thing remains the same: attention to the resident and space to provide good care.

You are reliable, independent, and enjoy working in different locations. You adapt easily and pick up your work quickly.

• a contract of 0-24 hours per week, matching what you want to work;

• a salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 25: € 16.61 to € 20.66 gross per hour;

• pension accrual via PFZW;
