Pactum is looking for flexible Youth Care Workers C/D with a completed HBO healthcare degree or an MBO4 degree with an outflow profile towards youth care. Employees work in various settings, including room training centers, family houses, phase houses, and closed groups, and in the regions of Gelderland, Overijssel, Noord-Brabant, and Limburg. Working in the Flexpool is varied and challenging.

As a Youth Care Worker within The Flexpool, you are responsible at the location where you are currently working for ensuring compliance with the agreed living rules and realizing a safe and educational living environment. From a recovery-oriented vision, you encourage the youth to participate in daily activities that are tailored to the ambitions and possibilities of the youth. You are also responsible for providing guidance to this complex target group; this can consist of individual guidance as well as group guidance. You know how to react adequately and situationally in crisis situations and can improvise during interventions.

Working in the flexpool means that you will deal with many different types of shifts, so a 9-5 mentality is not appropriate. Additionally:

• Do you have an HBO diploma with a valid SKJ registration (such as SPW, Pedagogy, SPH)

• Or an MBO-4 education (social work, personal counselor for specific target groups, social worker, or similar education);

• Do you have your own transport, so that you can reach the locations during the various shifts.

• At this organization, you will find yourself in an informal and collegial working environment, where you can work as a Youth Care Worker D or C for 8-16 hours per week.

• Scaling according to the CAO Youth Care and based on relevant work experience

  • Scale 7 for the position of Youth Care Worker D €2,922 to €4,176 based on 36 hours per week;

  • Scale 8 for the position of Youth Care Worker C €3,055 to €4,537 based on 36 hours per week;

• Pension provision at Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
