• Scaling in accordance with CAO GGZ FWG 65. Your salary amounts to a minimum of € 5294 and a maximum of € 6918 for a full-time employment (based on salary scale level as of July 1, 2026).

• A permanent contract, the hours are in mutual consultation. Indicate how many hours per week you would like to work and we would love to enter into a conversation with you.

Within the Venlo Area Team, we are combining the strengths of the former FACT team and the Clinic in a renewed approach, whereby we support clients in their own living environment. In our multidisciplinary team, we work closely together to provide accessible, recovery-oriented care to the residents of Venlo and the surrounding area. • You draw up treatment plans in collaboration with the client and in consultation with your team, whereby you, in the role of lead clinician, bear the responsibility for the implementation and progress of the trajectory.

• You carry out treatments, both individually and in group settings

• You have knowledge of and affinity with the treatment of personality disorders and psychotrauma.

• You perform diagnostics, in the context of intake, research into indications, and psychological assessment.

• You supervise master psychologists and (in the future also) psychologists in training to become GZ-psychologists, whereby your expertise and experience are essential for their professional development.

• You contribute to consultation forms regarding clients, work, and team processes.

• You further develop yourself to.... (we would love to discuss this with you!).

• You have an affinity (and preferably experience) with the EPA target group.

• Checking references and verifying diplomas are part of the application procedure.
