The role
Application Engineer - Collaboration Tooling (32 - 40 hours per week, Hengelo)
Your work as a technical application administrator within the Collaboration team is varied. The day begins with a short stand-up, where we discuss ongoing tasks and how we can coordinate them. Both within the department and within the team, we work according to the Agile way of working, adapted for DevOPS teams.
Throughout the week, you will focus on the sprint you are working on together with your team. As a domain expert, you are able to translate business needs into working solutions. You have a role in implementing and managing the Collaboration products and ensure that the implementation is a success. Preferably, you have gained experience in environments where security and standardization are also very important. You can develop solutions and convert them into products that are ready for rollout.

Together with your team, you are responsible for the technical support and management of products such as:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Cisco IronPort
- Bitdefender
- OpenText (ECM)
- Atlassian Confluence
- VOIP telephony
- Nextcloud
- Microsoft Teams
Location
Location: Hengelo, Netherlands
We are looking for a colleague who
- Quickly masters new domains and techniques;
- Possesses strong communication skills;
- Has experience with the Agile way of working or is open to new ways of working;
- Has a strong desire to continue developing themselves, both personally and technically;
- Speaks good English.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the new colleague possesses:
- relevant work experience, but young professionals are also welcome to apply!
- experience within a complex enterprise IT environment;
- experience with Enterprise migration projects.
