Functional Application Administrator

You don't need to be familiar with our automotive applications yet. We are happy to teach you the ropes of the trade. What we are primarily looking for is someone who is curious, picks up new things quickly, and enjoys becoming part of an enthusiastic and engaged team.

Our colleagues use various systems daily, including SAM, for sales and aftersales management, LEF, for managing and following up on leads, and Autoline, our dealer management system. As a Functional Application Administrator, you will work together with your team to ensure that these systems align well with daily practice.

You are an important link between the users, the IT organization, and our suppliers. You listen to the wishes of colleagues, investigate where improvements are possible, and subsequently help to implement them in a structured manner.

You work closely with other functional administrators, technical application administrators, and key users within the organization. Additionally, you contribute to various IT projects and improvement processes.

• The functional management and optimal deployment of SAM, LEF, and Autoline;

• The management and monitoring of Van Mossel master data;

• Supporting and advising colleagues regarding questions and desired adjustments;

• Inventorying and translating user wishes into practical solutions;

• Testing, documenting, and guiding changes in the applications;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement within systems and work processes.

Your base of operations is our head office in Waalwijk. Because you work closely with colleagues within the organization, you will also regularly be found at our locations across the country.

You don't need to be a specialist in automotive applications yet. More importantly, you enjoy learning new things, work carefully, and like helping colleagues.

You are a good listener, ask the right questions, and know how to record information clearly. You enjoy working together, but can also take independent responsibility for your tasks. When you see that something can be done better, you don't wait around, but come up with ideas and solutions yourself.

Additionally, you are analytical, strong in communication, and not afraid to be critical in a positive way.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• HBO working and thinking level;

• Experience with functional management, application management, process improvement, or a similar role is a plus;

• A structured and accurate way of working;

• The motivation to quickly master new systems and processes;

• Good communication skills and a true team mentality;

• Affinity with IT and automotive;

• Full-time availability.
