A workflow that gets stuck, a request that hangs, or a colleague who doesn't know how something works in AFAS. You investigate what is happening, help users further, and look at how it can be done better next time.

As a Functional AFAS Application Administrator at Bosch Energy & Building Technologies, you combine daily user support with the improvement of workflows and business processes.

At Bosch, we work on solutions that help protect buildings, people, and business processes. Behind these solutions stands an organization in which colleagues from different departments work together. You help them to use AFAS as effectively as possible and to design processes more intelligently.

You are the first point of contact for users of AFAS Profit, InSite, and the Pocket App. You handle questions and incidents, investigate the cause of problems, and ensure practical solutions.

But you look beyond the report alone. You investigate how workflows and processes are designed and where improvements are possible. In doing so, you work together with key users and colleagues from HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

In this way, you form the connection between the users, the application, and the business processes. You help colleagues in their daily work and simultaneously contribute to a better design and application of AFAS within Bosch.

• Supporting users: answering questions and resolving incidents regarding AFAS Profit, InSite, and the Pocket App.
• Analyzing problems: investigating causes and finding suitable solutions for users and processes.
• Improving workflows: identifying bottlenecks and contributing to the adjustment and optimization of AFAS workflows.
• Understanding processes: investigating how AFAS can better align with daily activities.
• Collaborating: coordinating with key users and colleagues from HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Recording knowledge: creating and keeping clear work instructions and documentation up to date.

You are curious about how systems and processes work and enjoy figuring out problems. You are a good listener, think in solutions, and explain technical or functional matters in an understandable way.
