Functional Administrator - Devoteam Public Consulting

• A HBO or WO diploma;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Administrator at at least 2 municipalities or government organizations;
• Agile working, BiSL, ITIL;
• It is a hard requirement that you have at least 5 years of experience with Social Domain Suites (Centric or PinkRoccade applications) or with XXLLNC Case Management Systems or with AFAS;
• The issuing, registering, and managing of authorizations;
• You are decisive and a self-starter, customer-oriented, and collaboration-oriented;
• You are flexible and stress-resistant.

• Preferably experience with SQL/PLSQL, modifying, maintaining, developing, and executing SQL scripts;
• You preferably have experience in providing management information using Cognos or PowerBI;

As a functional administrator, you will work as a consultant at our clients' sites. You are responsible for mapping and maintaining the needs of the business; the consumers of ICT services within an organization. It is your task to ensure that the (future) ICT services align as closely as possible with the needs you have mapped. Furthermore, you determine the impact of changes on current and future ICT services and make requested and unrequested improvement proposals in order to optimize the alignment of ICT services with the needs. Additionally, you ensure the availability of the required applications, including the associated documentation (manuals, work instructions, etc.) with which you provide the desired functionalities. Finally, handling incidents, problems, and changes is also part of your responsibilities.

You are responsible for (ensuring) the business needs are met. To do this, you must be aware of the (future) PDC (product and service catalog) of the ICT service provider. You must also be aware of (future) developments that may influence existing or required functionalities. Furthermore, you are responsible for the availability of the applications and take care of the associated documentation.
