The role

As a Mechanical Installations Technician at Veolia Gebouwenbeheer, you will work regionally for various clients. You will perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities on installations and coordinate with clients regarding their technical issues. You ensure that installations continue to function reliably and carefully document your activities.

What you'll do

Performing maintenance on mechanical installations and other common installations in buildings;
Resolving mechanical malfunctions;
Administering performed activities;
Registering additional work;
Advising the work planner about opportunities and improvements at clients.

About the company & team

Within Veolia Gebouwenbeheer in Rotterdam, you will work in an energetic team focused on the service and maintenance of building installations, both electrotechnical and mechanical. Additionally, you will work on projects arising from maintenance contracts and on activities related to energy monitoring. Think of contracts with hospitals, the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (Central Government Real Estate Agency), schools, and other utility buildings.

The Rotterdam location offers plenty of opportunity for people who enjoy working independently for professional and demanding clients. You will work on technically interesting installations and, alongside regular work, will receive the space to further develop yourself, including with clients active in the energy transition.
