For this position, we are looking for an independent colleague who communicates easily with clients, technicians, and office colleagues.

In addition, you bring the following:

A completed MBO or HBO education in a technical field, such as MIT
Work experience in a similar position within installation technology
Knowledge of management and maintenance of building-related W and E installations in the commercial sector
Strong communication skills and the capacity to organize your own work well

Nice to have

Additional professional training in installation technology is a plus

The role

At Veolia Gebouwenbeheer at the Schiphol-Rijk location, you will work in a close-knit team with short lines of communication. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the management and maintenance of building-related electrotechnical and mechanical installations. You work for iconic utility buildings, such as government agencies, universities, and large offices.

What you'll do

As an Estimator / Work Preparer Installation Technology at Veolia, you step into a versatile combined role with an immediate permanent contract, a lease car for private use, and a salary up to € 5,034.20 per month.

You will handle the entire process from A to Z: from the initial survey and the development of the cost estimate to the guidance of technicians and the final delivery on location.

In this position, you work on both the financial and technical sides of modifications and management contracts for building-related W and E installations. You consult directly with clients and ensure flawless preparation and execution.

Your daily activities consist of:

Investigating and testing the feasibility of technical projects
Preparing cost estimates, proposals, and calculations for W and E installations
Assessing requests and coordinating suitable solutions with the client
Coordinating and managing technicians and subcontractors at project locations
Recording and maintaining administrative and technical project data
