• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management (for example as a maintenance planner, coordinator, or maintenance lead).
• A completed MBO-3 education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.

As a Maintenance Coördinator at Veolia, you organize and coordinate maintenance at a top level. You improve processes, support technical teams, and always maintain an overview from quotation to aftercare.

Veolia Industrie has started the first phase of a maintenance and management contract at an industrial estate in Ede. As a permanent partner, we provide full technical support for the assets present on the site. In doing so, you will deal with a wide and challenging installation park: the basis is formed by two steam boilers and four hot water boilers for central heating, supported by two ice water installations and two compressed air compressors. Additionally, you are responsible for a wastewater installation with a buffer tank and a complete water softening installation with two softening vessels.

You carry out maintenance projects independently and realize structural improvements in terms of cost, quality, and lead time. You prepare work orders, draw up work permits, plan activities, and coordinate these with operations and suppliers. You move smoothly between the technical service and operations in the field of maintenance and asset management. You coach internal and external colleagues, guide projects, and keep work order flows tightly under control. You draw up maintenance schedules, identify commercial opportunities, and actively build long-term customer relationships. You are the one who can plan and coordinate daily operational activities and partially perform them yourself. This includes performing daily technical inspection rounds, weekly coordination with the various customers on the industrial estate, coordinating activities with external contractors, and the monthly recording and administrative processing of consumption meters. Once everything is completed, you ensure the preparation of clear reports.
