Contract Manager Integrated Management and Maintenance

In the role of Contract Manager, you possess:

• A completed MBO level 4 education in a technical field
• Experience with the management and maintenance of building-related installations within an integrated contract, including electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, transport technology, construction, and green maintenance
• The ability to organize activities in a structured manner and set priorities
• Clear communication, both oral and written, in Dutch and English

Within Veolia Building Management, you will work in a team focused on the service and maintenance of building-related installations, both electrotechnical and mechanical.

For a specific integrated contract, we are looking for a Contract Manager. Within this contract, Veolia is responsible for electrotechnical and mechanical installations, transport technology, and construction works.

As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for recording and managing maintenance agreements with the client. You will work entirely on-site at the client's location in The Hague and will be their fixed point of contact.

You ensure that agreements made are correctly executed by the operational team. In doing so, you lead the team and monitor quality, progress, and client satisfaction. You also prepare calculations and quotes and monitor the financial agreements within the contract.

• Organizing and managing the contract, whereby you align the deployment of people and resources with the contract agreements
• Coordinating the entire process of management, service, maintenance, and fault analysis
• Preparing and following up on (additional work) quotes
• Identifying additional activities and follow-up opportunities within the contract
• Regularly coordinating with the client regarding progress and expectations
• Monitoring budgets and financial results within the contract
• Leading and coordinating with management technicians, service technicians, and subcontractors
• Keeping track of developments within the technical market that are relevant to the contract
