Requirements

What we're looking for

You have experience with a 3-axis and preferably 5-axis milling machine
You have experience in independently determining clamping, tools, and machining sequence
Quality controls: using common manual measuring tools such as gauges, height gauges, and digital calipers
You possess sufficient knowledge of reading drawings and geometric measurement technology

Nice to have

You preferably have knowledge of Heidenhain

The role

As a CNC Miller, you will work on small to medium-sized series and single pieces for diverse customers and markets. Thanks to the diversity of products and machining processes, no two days are the same. You will join a team of experienced professionals and work with a modern and growing machine park, including 3- and 5-axis machining centers. We offer flexibility in working hours, where working in day shifts as well as in a 2-shift roster is possible.

What you'll do

You are responsible for the complete machining process: from determining the machining strategy to clamping, programming or optimizing, setting up tools, milling, measuring, and finishing the final product. In addition, you actively contribute ideas for process improvements and contribute to an efficient and stable production. Your duties:

Independently manufacturing high-quality precision parts
Determining clamping, tools, and machining sequence
Setting up and operating CNC milling machines
Performing quality controls and measurements
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Thinking along about optimal machining strategies
Contributing to a reliable and efficient production environment
