Production Team Leader | 5 shifts

• A salary between € 3,884 and € 5,538 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
• A shift allowance of 28%, 8% holiday allowance, a fixed year-end bonus, and a bonus scheme of up to 8%.

As Production Team Leader, you will manage a shift of approximately 35 operators, supported by 5 Assistant Team Leaders. You are responsible for the daily management of the production process and ensure that your team produces safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality and food safety standards during every shift.

You are visibly present on the shop floor, know how to coach employees, and create a culture in which ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement are second nature. Together with colleagues from departments such as Technical Service, Logistics, and Quality, you work daily on further optimizing our production processes.

• Leading a production shift of approximately 35 employees, supported by 5 Assistant Team Leaders.
• Steering based on KPIs such as safety, quality, output, OEE, and yield.
• Coaching, developing, and motivating employees and supervisors within your shift.
• Initiating and implementing improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all guidelines regarding safety, food safety, hygiene, and quality.
• Intensively collaborating with departments such as Technical Service, Quality, and Logistics to achieve optimal production performance.
• Analyzing production performance and translating improvement opportunities into concrete actions.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration or a similar field.
• Experience as a Team Leader, Production Leader, or Shift Leader within a production environment.
• Experience within the food industry or FMCG is a strong plus.
• You are a coaching leader who knows how to motivate and further develop employees.
• You are analytically strong and have experience with continuous improvement and performance management.
• You communicate easily at all levels within the organization.
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift service.
