What we're looking for

A completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or similar.
At least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience within finance, accounting, or shared services.
Experience in managing financial teams.
Knowledge of accounts receivable management, credit risks, and operational finance processes.
Experience with process optimization, digitalization, and change management processes.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven way of working.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

The role

As Manager Finance Operations, you are responsible for the daily management and further development of the Credit Control and Assistant Controller teams. You ensure a reliable, efficient, and future-proof financial operation and play an important role in improving, standardizing, and digitizing processes.

You combine operational leadership with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues within Finance, IT, and the various operating companies.

What you'll do

What will you do?

As Manager Finance Operations:

You lead the Credit Control/Accounts Receivable and Assistant Controller teams and coach your employees in their development.
You hold ultimate responsibility for accounts receivable management and the control of credit risks within the group.
You maintain contacts with credit insurers such as Atradius and Credendo.
You monitor the quality of operational financial processes such as bank processing, payments, and administrative reconciliations.
You develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reports to make performance visible.
You identify inefficiencies and translate them into concrete improvement initiatives, and you stimulate the standardization and digitalization of finance processes.
You report directly to the SVP Finance and work intensively with Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and IT.
