About the role
As Production Team Leader, you are the driving force behind a team of 20-25 operators. You coordinate and direct daily activities, with safety, quality, and efficiency at the center. Together with your team, you strive for excellent performance and continuous improvement of the production processes.

• Coaching, guiding, and motivating your team to achieve production and quality goals.
• Supervising compliance with safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Planning and assigning tasks for an optimal production flow.
• Performing quality controls to guarantee that products meet the highest specifications.
• Initiating process improvements and solving operational problems.
• Close collaboration with other departments to increase total efficiency.
• Reporting performance and results to management.
