Refresco Maarheeze is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Production Team Leader in a 5-shift system to lead our production team.
As Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the KPIs regarding safety, quality, output, and a people-oriented management of your team. You monitor the performance of your department based on the set KPIs, so that an optimal production yield can be achieved. You adjust based on deviations and make plans to improve your team's performance. In your role, you are both concerned with realizing the set targets and with improving cooperation with various departments. In this role, you report to the Production Manager.
