A completed HBO or WO degree;

What you'll get
A salary between € 4,544 and € 5,901 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 60);
Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.

The role
As Manager ICT Operations and Projects, you are responsible for ensuring that ICT services contribute directly to the continuity and quality of care delivery and primary business processes. With your team, you will drive acceptable end-user satisfaction (from healthcare professionals and clients) regarding the availability and performance of ICT facilities and monitor risks.
The main focus points for the coming year, together with the I&A director and fellow managers, are giving substance to the already initiated transformation towards a governance organization and the further elaboration and implementation of the sourcing strategy.
You lead the team of controllers for outsourced activities and the Projects team. You monitor and oversee security, privacy, and architecture, and ensure that services are set up (projects) and made available (operations) in accordance with law, regulations, and certification (NEN & ISO).
You translate this vision into concrete steps and ideas. You work closely with external (supplier - contract manager) and internal (delivery manager) partners to develop efficient and reliable solutions. You maintain tactical relationships with suppliers, drive towards joint objectives, and conduct periodic performance reviews to ensure continuous quality improvement. You have an eye for process optimization and are able to tackle complex challenges. Furthermore, you communicate easily at various levels. You know how to get everyone moving, and you are responsible for the correct implementation, support, and management of IT products and services.
What you'll do
Leading the team and conducting annual reviews, coaching, etc. (10 FTE);
Maintaining the performance and development of the team (coaching and support);
Creating/maintaining a stimulating working environment for the team;
Monitoring, coordinating, and improving the quality of IT services;
Ensuring the continuity of the organization and being responsible for tactical and operational supplier management;
Jointly with the I&A MT, developing and implementing the strategy in the field of security & risk management;
Developing cross-departmental processes in collaboration with the information management manager, whereby the integrity of the IT services remains guaranteed;
You assist in organizing and developing the IT service landscape;
You drive/monitor the implementation of new technologies and the adjustment of existing systems where necessary, taking the needs of the organization into account.

About the company & team
The I&A department is expected to consist of 2 teams. Managed by 1 director and 2 managers: the Information Management manager and the Operations and Projects manager. In total, the department will consist of 23 employees. We find a good atmosphere, conviviality, and job satisfaction incredibly important. Therefore, you will primarily work from the central office in Zeist. Monday and Thursday are our office days! Of course, working from home is possible in consultation. We would like to coordinate the distribution of hours and working days together with you.
