What you'll do
As an Electrical Engineer, you direct the collaboration between RH Marine, suppliers, and our internal teams. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently during all electrotechnical activities and installations. From batteries, generators, solar panels, and watermakers: you ensure that the necessary information is available. Think of batteries: dimensions and placement on board depend on the design. And vice versa. That makes the work dynamic. Focusing on main outlines, determining direction, and making choices is therefore important, so that the progress of the project is guaranteed. You are not a technical engineer yourself, but are primarily the link that ensures coordination.

The other project is either in the basic design phase at De Voogt, or in cascade construction at Slob. For optimal coordination and collaboration, you will also be regularly physically present at these fellow Feadship companies. Because you are present on the work floor, you can switch quickly and make decisions. In this way, you ensure seamless collaboration between all parties.
- Coordinating the entire engineering phase both content-wise and process-wise, from design through to detail engineering, according to the Feadship standard and shipbuilding norms and regulations.
- Within the project, responsible for the integration of Electrical with other disciplines to ensure that a well-integrated engineering package is delivered on time.
- Discussion partner for all Electrical issues for the Project Team and the client representation.
