Technical ICT Project Leader | Randstad

Do you want to lead complex infrastructure, migration, and transition projects at large organizations in the Randstad as a Technical ICT Project Leader? You will manage multidisciplinary teams, monitor scope, planning, and quality, and act as the substantive interlocutor for both technical specialists and management. This is not a role where you only maintain schedules, but a position in which you actually provide direction to the project.

As a Technical ICT Project Leader, you are responsible for complex IT projects from initiation to successful delivery. Depending on the assignment, this may involve infrastructure renewal, cloud and data center migrations, workplace migrations, or other technical transitions.

You bring structure to projects in which multiple technical disciplines, interests, and dependencies converge. You understand technology well enough to ask the right questions and evaluate decisions, but your strength lies primarily in organizing and realizing.

Your duties include

• Leading complex ICT projects, migrations, and technical transitions.

• Drafting and monitoring project plans, business cases, and project objectives.

• Managing and connecting multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Monitoring scope, budget, planning, quality, and dependencies.

• Identifying and managing project risks.

• Coordinating technical implementations and changes.

• Managing stakeholders at operational, tactical, and management levels.

• Translating technical issues into clear choices and actions.

• Reporting on progress, risks, and results to clients and management.

• Ensuring a controlled handover and successful completion of projects.

You will be given a great deal of independence. You maintain the overview, ensure that decisions are made, and adjust course when planning, technology, or interests require it.
