You will be working at a residential location where young men between the ages of 15 and 25 live. During the day, they attend education or participate in a form of day activities. Within the residence, specialized and structured guidance is central, with much attention to clarity, predictability, and a safe living environment in which residents can develop at their own pace.

As a supervisor, you support residents in their daily lives within the residential facility. You offer tailored guidance, independently where possible, together where desired, and with adjustments where necessary. You ensure a clear structure by making clear agreements and consistently adhering to them. Additionally, you guide the residents in their development, social skills, and daily activities, tailored to their individual needs.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• You have an MBO level 3 diploma as a guide or a Caregiver IG (Verzorgende IG)
• Experience within disability care is a plus
• You have experience with or an affinity for young adults with a mild to moderate intellectual disability, combined with behavioral issues or a disorder within the autism spectrum
• You can provide structure, work clearly, and connect well with the lived experience of young men
