As a coordinating supervisor, you are the central point of contact for the care surrounding your clients. Together with them, you draw up a careful support plan and ensure clear and structured implementation. You monitor progress and coordinate with parents, guardians, and other involved parties. In addition to your own caseload, you fulfill a substantive coaching role towards fellow supervisors. You stimulate reflection, monitor the quality of the support, and actively contribute to a safe and learning work environment. You work in an independent team in which everyone has their own area of focus and in which your expertise is valued. • At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree relevant to the position

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• You have knowledge of psychiatric disorders, psychosocial
  issues, and addiction issues.

• You are flexibly deployable; you work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

• A salary between €3,180 and €4,273 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 45).

• Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.

• In addition to the statutory 8.33% holiday allowance, you receive a year-end bonus of 8.33% and we have the balance budget; an annual choice budget of max €1,000 gross.

• An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50%.

The procedure consists of 2 interviews; the 1st interview is with the recruiter and the 2nd interview is on location with 1 or 2 colleagues and a client. A shadowing moment may follow, and after that, the employment conditions interview. Upon employment, we request a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct). This vacancy is posted internally and externally.
