Within BSS, we work daily on Operational Excellence. Robotic Process Automation plays an important role in this. As an RPA Business Analyst, you are the connecting link between business, process improvement, and the RPA team, gathering needs from the organization, analyzing processes, and translating opportunities into smart automation solutions that add actual value. In doing so, you manage not only the realization of solutions but also quality, customer value, and continuous improvement.

• You start the day together with the team. During the daily stand-up, you discuss the progress of ongoing projects, align priorities, and see where the team can help each other.
• Afterward, you dive into a session with a process owner to examine a business process closely. Together, you investigate where automation can add value. You translate the insights from those conversations into clear requirements and concrete solutions for the development team.
• Around lunchtime, you catch up with stakeholders about the progress of ongoing initiatives. You demonstrate which results have been achieved, discuss new ideas, and help make choices about what will deliver the most impact.
• In the afternoon, you analyze data, user feedback, and process performance. Where are the opportunities to further improve existing solutions? You use those insights to sharpen the backlog and identify new optimizations.
• Later in the day, you work together with developers, business analysts, and other product teams. You align dependencies, discuss new possibilities, and ensure that everyone is sailing in the same direction.
• Before closing, you review the way of working together with the team. How can we collaborate smarter, share knowledge better, and get a little better every day? Because besides realizing solutions, you also actively contribute to the further development of the team and our way of working.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary depending on knowledge and experience between € 4,548.05 and € 6,331.70 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• Annually € 700 (gross) to spend on your own energy, for example, for your sports subscription or your new sportswear
• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
• You travel to the office using the public transport-free scheme. That is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work yourself and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.

You move effortlessly between process owners, managers, specialists, and technical teams. You enjoy unraveling issues, delving into processes, and making opportunities for improvement visible. In doing so, you know how to reduce complex information to clear choices and concrete solutions that add value to the organization.

You maintain an overview, even when many things are happening at once. You ask critical questions, dare to challenge existing ways of working, and do not let go until a solution actually delivers results. In doing so, you understand that different stakeholders have different interests and you know how to make the right trade-offs.

Naturally, you use data and management information to gain insights, substantiate choices, and make improvements measurable. At the same time, you are a strong conversational partner who easily connects with others and gets energy from working together toward common goals.

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or a comparable role.
• Experience with process analysis, process improvement, and realizing sustainable changes.
