Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- A salary of up to € 5,622 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.
- A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance). That means a maximum of € 1,349 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra holiday days.
- €80 net field allowance per month. This is how we ensure you also have a nice cup of coffee during your work!
- A standby and fault service allowance of € 438.08 gross for a full standby week, on top of the compensation you naturally receive for your overtime during this standby service. You can also have this paid out or convert it into leave.

The role
You know what is required to carry out work on the electricity grid safely. As an Electrical Supervisor in Utrecht, you take charge of the execution, lead the parties involved, and ensure that safety and quality always come first.
As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the safe and high-quality execution of activities in our network. You maintain an overview of projects, direct contractors, and ensure that activities are carried out according to schedule, work plans, and safety regulations. Thanks to your technical knowledge, organizational talent, and communication skills, everyone involved knows exactly what needs to be done.

What you'll do
- You create and assess work plans and supervise the safe execution of activities.
- You perform switching operations and secure the workplace (cables and installations)
- You perform inspections, signal risks, and take measures to prevent incidents.
- You are the point of contact for colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders within your work area.
- You ensure that activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety instructions.
- You are a mentor for the colleagues in your team who are in training
- In the role of Supervisor, you participate in the on-call and emergency service.

Your strengths

Furthermore, you have:
- An MBO 4 diploma in the field of Electrical Engineering with education codes 27025/25276/10239/92131/92133.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience within infrastructural services.
- The BEI-WV LS and MS instructions.
