ASN Bank is growing in business lending, and you can help shape that with a great team of colleagues. As Product Manager Business Lending, you are responsible for the strategic management of our business lending portfolio. You play a key role in optimizing and making our products, processes, policies, and systems future-proof.

What will you do?

As an expert in your field and domain, you proactively identify improvement initiatives and implement them in an agile working environment. Additionally, you monitor, analyze, and implement existing and upcoming regulations, working closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance. As a knowledge holder and representative of the team, you participate in cross-team meetings and activities. You are able to implement and coordinate end-to-end important changes in our processes, systems, and policies, and you translate business wishes and supervisory requirements into clear requirements for IT.

You lead complex product developments and large-scale changes with a high degree of innovation, where you dare to take independent decisions within the established frameworks and actively contribute to the development of Business Lending. Thanks to your sharp insight into the relationships between the different disciplines and business processes, you know how to effectively bring together and connect all interests.

This is where you will work

You are part of one of the Value Teams that is end-to-end responsible for the customer journeys and credit risks associated with managing our customers with business financing, and the products and policy documents that go with them. With this, you ensure that we can help entrepreneurs easily and quickly with changing their financing. Together with other process and product managers and IT engineers, you work multidisciplinarily in short sprints to deliver as much value as possible. The atmosphere is informal, entrepreneurial, and characterized by an open feedback culture. English is the working language in the team.

• Decisive and able to make data-driven decisions and present them
• You communicate clearly and persuasively in both English and Dutch
• Versatile due to having knowledge and affinity with other expertise, such as process management or IT.
  
  Furthermore, you have:
• HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably a completed academic degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a policy or product management role and experience in leading changes in the field of product management and IT.
• In-depth knowledge of business financing and current laws and regulations regarding this, such as ESG and GLOM
• Agile/Scrum experience and mindset
• Pega knowledge is a plus
