What you'll get
- An attractive salary up to € 10,540 (gross, incl. holiday allowance) including a personal budget of 24 percent.
- A one-year contract with a one-month probationary period and the prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance.
- A gross monthly salary up to € 10,540 (including a 24% personal budget based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70 percent of the premium.

The role
As a Cybersecurity Expert, you will work on protecting Stedin against cyber threats and help departments and teams work more securely and consciously.
As a Cybersecurity Expert, you translate policy into applicable measures and guide our teams in Security by Design. You advise and take into account relevant legal regulations, sector frameworks, architecture frameworks, and the information security policy, ensuring that measures are practically feasible. You contribute to an organization in which cybersecurity demonstrably improves and where teams work more consciously and securely.
What you'll do
- You analyze security risks, perform risk assessments in the OT environment based on IEC 62443, and coordinate with the relevant teams to determine which measures are needed.
- You advise on cybersecurity issues, help colleagues make the right security trade-offs, and monitor that agreed mitigations are effectively addressed.
- You oversee compliance with cybersecurity requirements and use your organizational sensitivity, ability to connect, and communication skills to keep Stedin safe and resilient.

How you'll work
- Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day; we work on average 50 percent from home and 50 percent in the office.

You work in the cybersecurity team (Technical Security Experts - OT) which primarily focuses on our OT environment (Operational Technology). This team is part of the Corporate Cybersecurity department of Stedin. In total, this team consists of 8 Technical Security Experts (TSEs). A group of experienced specialists that is open to new ideas, collaborates on resilience, and places great value on collegiality. The atmosphere is open, driven, and energetic. We are currently building a new team composition in which you will directly become part of a close-knit, involved group. You will work from the Blaak location in Rotterdam, at our office in Delft, or from home.
