Electrical Operational Supervisor in training

Through an extensive training and induction program, you will grow towards the moment when you can work safely and independently as an Operational Supervisor in our electricity grid.

As an Electrical Operational Supervisor in training, you will develop yourself step by step towards a role in which safety, technology, and responsibility come together. During your training and induction program, you will acquire the knowledge and experience needed to ultimately be able to assess and supervise activities in our electricity grid independently. You will learn how to maintain an overview of projects, assess work plans, recognize risks, and collaborate with contractors and executing colleagues. During your training, you will be guided by two experienced Operational Supervisors from your own team.

A day as an Electrical Operational Supervisor:

• You create and assess work plans and supervise the safe execution of activities.
• You perform switching operations and secure the workplace (cables and installations).
• You perform inspections, signal risks, and take measures to prevent incidents.
• You are the point of contact for colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders within your work area.
• You ensure that activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety instructions.
• You participate in the standby and fault service, first in the role of AVP, and later in the role of Operational Supervisor.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A salary of up to € 5,086 gross per month if you work 40 hours.
• A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance). That means a maximum of € 1,220 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra vacation days.
• €80 net field allowance per month. This is how we ensure you also have a nice cup of coffee during your work!
• A standby and fault service allowance of € 438.08 gross for a full standby week, on top of the compensation you naturally receive for your overtime during this standby service. You can also have this paid out or convert it into leave.

On top of that, there is this:

• € 700 gross annually to spend on your own energy, for example on your sports membership or new sportswear.
• You will receive a company car from us. That way, you are in the driver's seat of your own work!
• Plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself into an Operational Supervisor. We pay for courses and training.

You don't need to be able to do everything yet. The motivation and technical foundation to grow into an Operational Supervisor are important for this vacancy. Working safely is a matter of course for you and is number one, and you would like to take on more responsibility within operations. You are curious, technically strong, and enjoy further developing yourself. At the same time, you dare to take responsibility and communicate easily with various colleagues and parties.

Furthermore, you have:

• An MBO 4 diploma in the field of Electrical Engineering with education codes 27025/25276/10239/92131/92133.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience within infrastructural services.
• An AVP certification for LS and MS.
• The willingness to obtain the necessary BEI-WV certifications for LS and MS within one year.
