AI plays an increasingly large role within Stedin. As a Junior AI Governance Specialist, you help ensure that AI systems are applied responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with laws and regulations. You support the execution of AI governance processes, risk analyses, and documentation, and help colleagues become aware of responsible AI use. In this way, you contribute to innovative solutions that accelerate the energy transition while keeping it reliable.

• You start the day with a meeting about a new AI initiative and think along about which risks and regulations apply.

• Next, you help a colleague document an AI system so that the recorded information remains complete and up to date.

• After lunch, you work together with Legal, Security, and IT on a risk analysis and discuss possible control measures.

• Later in the afternoon, you update reports and monitor ongoing AI applications within the organization.

• You end the day by preparing an awareness session to help colleagues deploy AI responsibly and consciously.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary starting from € 4,548.05 based on 40 hours per week. 24.5 vacation days and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.

• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget, for example, extra salary or (up to a maximum of 35.5) leave days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.

• € 700 gross annually to spend on your own energy, for example, for a sports subscription or sportswear.

• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% at home and 50% in the office.

• Travel to the office is covered by the public transport exemption scheme. Or choose the flexible travel scheme, where you decide how you travel and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.

• A laptop and phone, or € 30 net per month if you use your own phone.

You are curious about the possibilities and risks of AI and know how to make complex topics understandable to others. You work accurately, take initiative, and dare to think critically about how processes can be improved. Additionally, you get energy from collaborating with different stakeholders and know how to bring others along in changes.

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in AI, ICT, law, ethics, or a similar field.

• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of data, AI Governance, compliance, or risk management.

• Basic knowledge of AI, ethics, laws and regulations, and stakeholder management.
