As a Large Consumption Sales Advisor, you help customers move forward with clear quotes, smart choices, and realistic expectations in an energy grid that is rapidly changing.

The energy transition is causing increasingly more and more complex applications. As a Large Consumption Sales Advisor, you are the connecting link between the customer, technology, and execution. You assess applications, complete files, coordinate with colleagues, and ensure that customers receive a clear and appropriate quote. In this way, you contribute to a predictable customer journey and to the acceleration of the energy transition

A day as a Large Consumption Sales Advisor:

• You start the day with new applications in Mijn Aansluiting. You assess the customer's request, check whether all necessary data is present, and determine which follow-up steps are needed to process the application further.
• You contact customers to retrieve missing information, answer questions, and clearly manage expectations. This way, the customer knows exactly where they stand.
• You coordinate with colleagues from Engineering, Technical Advice, and Project Management to assess the technical feasibility of applications and to find the right solution for the customer.
• You process the outcomes in the file and translate technical and commercial principles into a clear, complete, and appropriate quote.
• You end the day with a final check on the progress of your files. You ensure that customer information is up to date, actions have been initiated, and applications can flow smoothly to the next step in the connection process.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly where you stand:

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,666 and € 5,086 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or vacation days.
• € 700.- (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

• You travel to the office using the public transport-free scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
• Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.

You maintain an overview, even when applications are complex or require multiple colleagues to reach a good solution. You communicate clearly with customers, work accurately in systems, and coordinate easily with colleagues from the chain. You enjoy learning, think in solutions, and understand that a good file makes the difference for both the customer and execution.

Furthermore, you have:

• At least mbo/mbo+ work and thinking level, supplemented by at least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented, administrative, commercial, or process-oriented role.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Affinity with technology, energy, grid management, or complex customer processes.
