Your role as Resource Coördinator
Our industry is constantly in motion, and that requires tight and smart planning. You are the connecting factor that ensures our teams are deployed optimally, deadlines are met, and customers can count on flawless service. You work independently in your region from the Zwolle office and have intensive contact with fellow planners in other regions. Additionally, you continuously coordinate with managers, partners, and team members to optimize planning and identify bottlenecks in a timely manner.
As Resource Coördinator, it is important that you can switch gears quickly, carefully weigh interests, and communicate clearly about priorities and possibilities. In addition, persuasiveness, listening skills, and the ability to explain complex information in a clear manner come in handy.

Your duties consist of:

• Drafting and managing the annual planning for various assignments:

• Coordinating capacity with managers and partners;

• Monitoring progress and resolving bottlenecks;

• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues regarding planning and availability;

• Analyzing workload and advising on process optimization;

• Assembling teams for the Audit practice and IT Advisory, where you ensure the right mix of job levels and competencies, from intern to partner, matching our clients' projects.

• At least HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking;

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a planning role, preferably within professional services;

• Excellent communication skills: you switch effortlessly between different levels, set priorities, and create clarity in complex situations;

• Resilient and solution-oriented: you maintain an overview under pressure and make choices that contribute to optimal planning;

• Willingness to visit multiple Baker Tilly locations within the Northeast Business Unit, depending on demand and need, so that you are visible and maintain connections with the various teams.

• You enjoy working independently but also within a team.
