Do you want to lead in a unique high-tech logistics environment where precision, safety, and teamwork come together? In Eemshaven, you will help build a future-proof operation within one of DSV's most innovative contract logistics locations.

How will you do this? The Builds department is responsible for the logistical handling of hardware and infrastructure, from receipt and storage to preparation and internal movement according to strict procedures and customer-specific requirements. As a high-tech team leader, you provide daily direction to your team and ensure that processes run safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You will achieve this by:

• leading, coaching, and motivating the team within a high-tech logistics environment;
• coordinating and monitoring logistical processes according to strict safety, quality, and data center procedures;
• driving KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs, and 5S, and identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner;
• initiating and guiding process improvements in collaboration with the supervisor and other departments.

• demonstrable experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator within logistics or production;
• affinity with high-tech, hardware, and working according to fixed procedures and guidelines;
• strong organizational skills and natural leadership;
• good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus.
