Job Description SummaryAs Team Leader Specialist Drivers, you will lead a team of approximately 10 drivers and be responsible for the logistics planning for transporting our pharmaceutical products to hospitals. You will work closely with the Preparation Team Leader, and together you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your workday starts early and also ends early. This position pertains to the radiopharmaceuticals pharmacy in Zwolle.Job Description

What you'll do

Daily management of the team (approximately 10 FTE and a number of contractors);
Responsible for trip planning and staffing;
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of your own team;
Coaching and instructing employees for the proper execution of assigned tasks, including performance reviews and work meetings;
Close collaboration with the Specialist Driver Team Leaders at the Eindhoven and Leiderdorp locations;
Responsible for adequate administrative reporting of activities through protocols and systems such as SAP and the quality documentation system;
Participation in various meeting structures within the organization;
Developing initiatives to introduce innovations in the services and the organization;
Collaborating on new initiatives for LEAN and their implementation;
Working in a continuous morning shift from 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

What do you bring?

Completed MBO+ or HBO education or comparable working and thinking level;
Demonstrable leadership experience;
Experience in GMP/pharmacy/(pharma) industry is a plus;
Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages;
Good communication skills;
Resistant to stress and decisive.
