• Education level: Working and thinking level at HBO (bachelor) level.
• Work experience: Experience in leadership positions (supervisor).
• ≥ 3 years experience in a GxP environment; knowledge of relevant GMP, ISO 13485 standards
• Knowledge of relevant work instructions and procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office; good command of Dutch and English (oral and written)

We are looking for a Team Leader for the 3 or 4 shift system, who provides direction based on facts, insight, and exemplary behavior. A leader who recognizes patterns in data, quickly gets to the core of a problem, and knows how to bring employees and fellow team leaders along in change. Together with a fellow team leader, you manage a shift of 60- 80 FTE. You are visible, proactive, and decisive. You do not wait around, but take initiative and responsibility to take the next step in performance, quality, and collaboration together with your team. You get energy from developing people and improving performance.

You are a strong communicator and dare to take responsibility. You look beyond the daily grind and know how to bring people along in change and improvement.

Supervising the execution of activities according to standard procedures and/or regulations, and in accordance with company standards for safety, quality, hygiene, and wellbeing;

Based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achieving the planned production volume;
• Efficiently organizing the production team;
• Ensuring the training and qualifications of operators;
• Leading the Daily Management meeting and providing production leaders and supporting departments with relevant data during the daily performance review;
• Supporting requests to the Value Stream Teams.
• Facilitating cross-functional support from QA, PPD, and Technical Service during shifts;
• Leading the process to prevent and address non-conformities (NCs) in your own work area;
• Proposing ideas and supporting improvement opportunities in all areas.
• You analyze deviations and bottlenecks, identify the causes, and ensure effective follow-up.
• You are visible on the shop floor, address employees regarding behavior and performance, and support them in their development.
• You dare to make choices within the frameworks of the organization, and know how to create support among employees, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• You are able to set priorities, switch gears quickly, and make the right choices under pressure without losing sight of the larger goal.
