What we're looking for

Qualified and experienced: Completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) + at least 5 years of all-round HR experience
Strong communicator: you advise with integrity and know how to effectively engage your stakeholders
Pragmatic and resilient: you are environmentally sensitive, have patience when facing resistance, and are not easily distracted from your goal
Team player with impact: you enjoy working together and deliver results in changing environments
Language skills: Dutch and English are no problem for you
Preferably, you are available full-time.

Advice and guidance for managers and employees - you are the expert who helps them make the right HR choices
Talent & Development - you identify and support the potential of people within your area of focus
Proactive project owner - you take on HR initiatives regarding leadership, sustainable employability, and healthy working
Partnership with specialists - together with Recruitment, L&D, and HR Services, you ensure seamless HR processes
Employability - together with managers, you ensure that our employees are and remain employable now and in the future
Data-driven management - you provide clear HR reports and keep a finger on the pulse of critical HR indicators

The challenge awaiting you

As an HR Partner at our site in Roermond, you will become the face of HR for various organizational departments - from production to engineering, from sales to support. You are the go-to person for managers and employees, who not only solves issues but also thinks preventively and contributes to solutions.

You will work within a team of 5 HR Partners who together bear the operational HR responsibility for ±1,200 employees. You are the link between strategy and daily practice - and you are the key connection to your organizational departments.
