HR Business Partner

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree and several years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Case Manager, or HR Business Partner;
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch labor law;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• You are empathetic, analytical, and know how to effectively switch between different interests;
• You have experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, and work accurately and in a structured manner.

• The salary is between €5000 and €6000 gross per month, depending on your existing and relevant experience. This amount is part of our salary range, with growth opportunities within the organization;
• 29 vacation days per year based on full-time employment (of which 4 are collectively designated by Fugro) and the possibility to purchase 12 extra leave days;
• The possibility to work from home, in consultation with your manager and in accordance with Fugro's remote work policy;

For our headquarters in the Netherlands, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who acts as a reliable sparring partner for managers and HR Business Partners. In this role, you will have intensive contact with colleagues within HR Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and the management team. You will report directly to the Head of HR Netherlands and, in addition, maintain close cooperation with international HR Business Partners. Thus, you will work in a dynamic role within our Dutch organization, collaborating within an international HR environment.

As an HR Business Partner, you are the primary point of contact for managers and HR colleagues regarding issues surrounding labor relations, performance, and organizational developments. You:

• Guide and advise on individual legal cases;
• Guide managers and employees through restructuring processes and the personnel issues arising from them;
• Act as a mediator between employees, managers, and (international) HR Business Partners;
• Provide an active contribution to leadership development;
• Advise managers on complex HR issues and organizational developments;
• Analyze trends in employee satisfaction (Peakon);
• Support onboarding and offboarding;
• Actively contribute to HR projects in the areas of employee experience, leadership, and organizational development;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
