Requirements

What we're looking for

A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree in HRM or similar.
3 to 5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory, HR Business Partner, or all-round HR role.
Knowledge of Dutch labor law; experience with the Belgian context is a plus.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with Workday, a case management system, or similar HR systems is desired.

Nice to have

Preferably experience within an international, industrial, technical, or matrix organization.
A proactive, pragmatic, and service-oriented working style.
Strong advisory and communication skills and the ability to exert influence at various levels.
Analytical ability and interest in HR data, AI, and data-driven decision-making.

Do you want to make an impact as an HR professional in an international, technical organization? Flowserve is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner for the Netherlands and Belgium.

In this broad role, you are a sparring partner for employees and managers. You advise on various HR and labor law issues, coach managers, and contribute to the further professionalization of HR processes. In doing so, you combine a practical approach with attention to HR data, digitalization, and the possibilities of AI.

What you'll do

Advising employees and managers on HR, labor law, and employment condition issues in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Coaching managers on, among other things, performance, development, employability, compensation, and team dynamics.
Applying and monitoring laws and regulations, internal guidelines, and HR processes.
Collaborating with HR Support/People Center, Payroll, Recruitment, the works council, and external parties.
Contributing to organizational development, workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and change processes.
Working with HR data and reports for evidence-based decision-making and improvement.
Contributing to digitalization, automation, and appropriate AI applications within HR.
You work in an international matrix organization and report to the HR Manager Specialized Care EMA North & West.
