HR Business Partner Kruidvat

As an HR Business Partner, you are the strategic sparring partner for the management of one of our successful store formats, Kruidvat and/or Trekpleister. In a dynamic environment with more than a thousand stores, you translate HR strategy into concrete results on the shop floor; from talent development to absenteeism and organizational development.

You work closely with the business and have a direct influence on the performance of our stores and teams. Together with District Managers and the Regional Manager, you build strong teams, better leadership, and a future-proof organization.

You are part of a professional and committed team of 12 HR Business Partners and, in addition, actively contribute to HR projects that make an impact across the organization.

What do you busy yourself with in an average work week?

• You challenge management, advise, and support the District Managers and Regional Manager regarding various HR themes, such as leadership, talent management, recruitment, absenteeism, and organizational development.
• You identify opportunities in the business and convert these into improvements with visible impact on people and results.
• You guide change processes and ensure that changes actually land within the organization.
• You initiate and lead HR projects, both within HR and in collaboration with other disciplines.
• You are regularly present in the stores and combine this with working at the office and from home.

• Very important: a good salary! You start between € 5,000.- and € 7,000.- gross per month (40 hours), depending on your experience, supplemented with a lease car, expense allowance, laptop, and mobile phone.
• 24 vacation days and no less than 19.5 ATV days on a full-time basis. Feel free to take a day off. Prefer more free time or extra money? Buy or sell vacation days or have your ATV (partially) paid out.
