The role

What you'll do

Within our Customer Service department, you will support a small and close-knit team with various administrative and organizational tasks. You will manage the telephone and various mailboxes and ensure that questions and requests reach the correct colleagues.

You will interact daily with various departments, such as planning, sales, registration, and the laboratory. Through this, you will learn to maintain an overview, set priorities, and work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Additionally, you will be given the space to carry out your own improvement project or internship assignment with which you can contribute to the further development of the department.

Your profile

You are following an administrative education, for example Office Management, Management Assistant, or Business Administration
You work accurately and in a structured manner
You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different colleagues
You can switch well between different tasks
You are independent, eager to learn, and like to take initiative
