Senior Planner Water

For our laboratory in Wijhe, we are looking for a Senior Planner Water. As an experienced planner, you maintain an effortless overview in a dynamic environment and gain energy from optimally deploying people and resources. You know how to bring together customer wishes, capacity, and efficiency into a clear and tight schedule. With your organizational talent and decisiveness, you ensure that our activities run smoothly and efficiently.

As Senior Planner Water, you are responsible for planning and coordinating our water sampling. You ensure that customer requests, availability of samplers, and logistical possibilities align optimally. In doing so, you work as far ahead as possible in the annual planning and continuously manage efficient routes and optimal staffing.

In addition to drawing up the schedule, you are the first point of contact for our samplers and couriers. You monitor the progress of the work, react quickly to changes, and ensure that both customers and colleagues can count on smooth execution.

You are the connecting link between customers, samplers, and the laboratory. Thanks to your organizational talent, analytical ability, and practical attitude, you know how to set the right priorities daily. In this position, you will receive a lot of responsibility and space to implement improvements in processes, schedules, and collaboration.

You are an experienced planner who stands firmly in your shoes. You maintain an overview, even when pressure increases, and know how to involve people in changes and priorities in a positive way.

In addition, you possess:

• Mbo/hbo work and thinking level

• At least several years of experience in a planning role

• You are available 40 hours per week; 32 hours per week is also possible in consultation

• You have demonstrable experience as a planner

• You are communicatively strong, stress-resistant, and a true team player

• Affinity with laboratory research and/or specific water sampling is a plus

Normec Dumea performs laboratory research in the agro sector and for companies dealing with water research. At the laboratory in Wijhe, chemical and microbiological research is carried out on water, manure, soil, and raw feeds. Additionally, we perform many samplings on location at our customers' sites.

The flat organizational structure is something characteristic of Dumea. Communication lines are short and there is little hierarchy. In total, there are approximately eighty involved and friendly colleagues working together to provide the best service for our customers.
