Senior QA & Sustainability Advisor

Do you want to make an impact on quality and sustainability in the food sector? In this role, you will work at the intersection of advisory and implementation, helping food companies take concrete steps towards future-proof business operations.

As a Senior QA & Sustainability Advisor, you help organizations within the food industry realize their quality and sustainability ambitions. You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic approach and translate complex issues into concrete solutions. You are an important sparring partner for management and stakeholders.

• Integrating sustainability principles into quality and production processes

• Advising on and implementing QA systems such as HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, and FSSC 22000

• Guiding audits, including sustainability and certification processes

• Identifying risks in the areas of food safety and environmental impact

• Initiating improvement projects focused on, among other things, waste, energy consumption, and raw materials

• Reporting on KPIs in the areas of quality and sustainability

• Maintaining contact with certification bodies and stakeholders

In this role, a solid substantive foundation within QA is essential. Additionally, you are able to translate sustainability issues into practical solutions within the food sector and effectively integrate these into existing QA and supply chain processes.
