Administration Intern

Are you an MBO 4 student in your final year, or are you following a relevant HBO program and in your second year? And are you looking for an internship where you gain broad experience within business administration? Then this internship at Normec Foodlab in Woerden is for you!

As an Administration Intern, you will support the administrative team of Normec Foodlab with various tasks. During your internship, you will gain practical experience and contribute to the correct processing of data, samples, and invoices.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Supporting various administrative tasks

• Analyzing and optimizing the invoicing process

• Registering and processing samples in our systems (LIMS)

• Processing and checking data

• A varied and educational internship with real practical challenges

• Valuable experience within administration in the food sector

• Room for your own initiative and your ideas

• Working in a friendly and involved team

• Guidance by professionals

• A workplace in Woerden, easily accessible by public transport

• An internship period of 4 to 9 months (start date in consultation)

• You are in the final year of an MBO level 4 program, for example Business Administration, Business Administration & Control Specialist or similar, or you are in the second year of a relevant HBO program.

• You are proficient with systems and learn to work with new software quickly.

• You work accurately, structured, and switch easily between different tasks

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• Affinity with the food industry is a plus

• You are looking for a working internship for an internship period of 4 to 9 months

Normec Foodlab supports food companies with reliable analyses in the field of food safety and quality. Think of microbiological tests on various food products such as chocolate, cheese, and deli meats. All analyses are carried out according to strict ISO 17025 standards.
