Senior Consultant Finance Transformation & Performance

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home-working allowance per worked day.

Within Finance Transformation & Performance, we help organizations improve and future-proof their finance function. We do this from three areas of expertise that reinforce each other:

We support organizations in future-proofing their finance function. We help clients with, among other things, finance transformations, improvement initiatives within finance, and issues surrounding the design of the finance function.

We advise organizations on steering and control from the role of the CFO. This concerns issues related to financial management, such as questions regarding Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting, Record to Report / control issues, Cost Management, and ESG.

We advise organizations on the design and optimization of shared service centers and other support services. Efficient and effective service delivery is central to this.

In addition to the variety in areas of expertise, you will also work for clients in different markets. As a result, you will deal with diverse issues, organizations, and ways of working.

Financial Services (FS)
Work for banks, insurers, and pension providers that continuously respond to new regulations, technological developments, and changing customer expectations.

Corporate Clients (CC)
