Working as a recruitment intern: the opportunity you truly do not want to miss. Get to work with hiring approximately 200 interns per year and thereby contribute to finding the right person in the right place. Step on board at KLM, and seize the chance to grow personally!

You will be busy with the recruitment and selection of Young Talent, i.e., HBO, WO, and MBO interns for all KLM ground divisions. Together with a team of recruiters, you are responsible for the entire process of a vacancy. From the intake with the manager, to selection interviews and finally hiring the intern. In essence, you run your own business in the field of internships, how cool is that?

Furthermore:

• you maintain a network of candidates that you often find yourself;
• you draft your vacancies and hunt for new candidates via the KLM Careers website, LinkedIn, and (online) career markets;
• you are the visiting card of KLM at both internal and external events;
• you ensure that students become enthusiastic about the possibilities within KLM.

You will land within the Internship Team of the Recruitment Ground Services department at Schiphol-Oost. This team consists of enthusiastic colleagues! We work in a hybrid working environment, in which you can work from home, but you are also very welcome at the office. The entire recruitment team works closely together; we have various meetings during the week to catch up with each other. Additionally, you will get to know KLM broadly because you will come into contact with many Hiring Managers from different departments.

You are an enthusiastic and proactive HBO or WO student with knowledge of recruitment from your studies. This could be Human Resource Management, (Applied) Psychology, Business Administration with a specialization in HRM, Higher Hotel School, or another related study. You analyze where the problem lies in no time and switch effortlessly from one task to another.

Furthermore:

• you have good communication skills;
• you are good at planning and organizing;
• you can work both independently and in a team;
• you speak fluent Dutch and manage easily in English.

Additionally, you are available from February 2027. Furthermore, you are available for at least 5 months, 4 to 5 days per week. It is possible to carry out any school assignments during this time.
