• Gross monthly salary between € 5,085 and € 6,230 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home-working allowance per worked day.

In this role, you advise public organizations on diverse sustainability themes, such as energy, climate, circular economy, biodiversity, human rights, and sustainable value chains. You help clients to understand complex sustainability issues, make choices, and translate ambitions into concrete programs, policies, or implementation plans. In doing so, you combine substantive expertise with political sensitivity: you understand the dynamics of public organizations, know how to bring different interests together, and make advice practically applicable.

As a manager, you have a central role in the execution and development of our assignments. You lead project teams, monitor planning, budget, and quality, maintain client relationships, and coach consultants in their substantive and professional growth. You also actively contribute ideas regarding propositions, market developments, and acquisition opportunities within the public sector. In this way, you not only deliver impact for clients but also contribute to the further growth of our sustainability practice.

You will become part of a dedicated team of approximately 30 professionals with various backgrounds, from strategy and policy to reporting and assurance. We work multidisciplinarily, learn a lot from each other, and combine sharp content with a pragmatic approach. • Leading project teams and contributing to the further growth of our sustainability practice, with a clear focus on the public sector portfolio.
• Developing and positioning our sustainability Public Sector proposition, including through knowledge development, market insights, and network building.
• Identifying opportunities, conducting acquisition meetings, and contributing to sharp, persuasive proposals.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders, with an eye for progress, quality, and connection.
• Switching between strategy and execution, bringing together the right expertise to arrive at supported and applicable solutions.
