Learning & Development Intern

Are you ready to develop yourself and make an impact?
As an intern in our Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will get the chance to apply your talents and contribute to the success of 6,000 colleagues. We are looking for an enthusiastic student to help us make learning more fun, smarter, and more accessible. Whether you have a passion for designing learning journeys or developing (digital) training: at DPG Media, you will get the space to shine!

What we do
As L&D professionals, we help DPG Media stay ahead. We do this by offering a relevant open range of training, webinars, and e-learnings on our online Academy. Additionally, we develop customized strategic development plans for business units. We do all of this in line with the strategy of DPG Media.

What will you do?
During your internship, you will truly be part of the team. Of course, we will provide good guidance so that you can develop optimally, but we are at least as curious about your fresh perspective. You will get plenty of room to bring in your own ideas!
Your tasks

What you'll do

Designing learning journeys: You will contribute ideas for learning paths that align with what various teams or target groups need.
Creating e-learnings: You will help with the development and improvement of digital learning tools.
Organizing training and webinars: Together with our L&D Specialists and Coordinators, you will work on the logistical and content processes.
Supporting onboarding: You will play an active role in the onboarding of new colleagues in Amsterdam and Antwerp.
Supplier offerings: You will help decide on the selection of suppliers for our training.

What we offer

An internship position with a hands-on role in an enthusiastic, warm team, in the heart of HR, where you will get to know the entire company.
Number of hours (between 32 and 36) and days to be determined in consultation.

Who are you?

HR-related education at HBO or WO level, e.g., HR(M), Educational Sciences, Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
You have a passion for learning and development, with a specific interest in didactics and (digital) learning solutions.
You are independent, proactive, and communicative.
You speak, read, and write Dutch fluently.

Additional information

The preferred start date is around February for a period of approximately 5 months. The exact start date and internship duration are to be discussed. Our office is located in Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport. You will also regularly work at our office in Antwerp, for which you will, of course, receive travel expenses reimbursement.
